These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member", "you") and rexx88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company"). 2.3 Account Restrictions

rexx88 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we determine that:

• False or misleading information was provided during registration.
• The Account holder is underage or does not meet eligibility criteria.
• Multiple Accounts have been created by the same individual.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.3 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• rexx88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds are intended for wagering purposes only. rexx88 is not a banking institution and Accounts should not be used as a method to store funds.
• You may set voluntary deposit limits through your Account settings as part of our Responsible Gaming commitment.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Players may request withdrawals of available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through KYC procedures. Unverified Accounts cannot process withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name that matches your Account registration details.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000.
• Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: Rp 100,000,000.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. Requests submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

4.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

rexx88 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests in the following circumstances:

• Outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonuses have not been met.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected on the Account.
• Additional KYC documentation is required to verify identity or payment method ownership.
• The withdrawal request violates anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
• The Account holder has violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited activities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility
